My last post was on the worst and most disappointed experience with a “grill-house”.
In short – dry off all fluids with a paper towel. Put a tablespoon olive oil in a pan and heat up but don’t let the oil start to smoke – that is not good. One minute a side (all 4 sides) sear the fillet. Transfer to a pre-heated oven (180 c) and bake on a baking pan for between 10 – 20 minutes. Let rest for 8 minutes and topple with your favorite fresh herbs and/or sauce. I used a cream, mustard, garlic and rosemary sauce.
End the meal with a GOOD wine and enjoy (like we did)!
